AVer’s Robust Information Security Recognized with ISO 27001 International Information Security Certification

Taipei, Taiwan – September 21st, 2023 – AVer Information Inc., an award-winning provider of video collaboration and education technology solutions, was awarded the internationally recognized ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System, ISMS) information security certification, in recognition of AVer’s persistent, no-compromise approach to the information security of its business partners and clients. The certification covers many aspects, including factory systems, product life cycle systems, maintenance of security-related machinery and systems, network services, as well as information system development, maintenance, and operations.

ISO 27001 is a comprehensive set of international standards for information security management that assists enterprises and organizations in establishing the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information security management systems to ensure the security of information assets and reduce losses from future data leaks.

AVer has been working tirelessly since 2020 to implement its internal network control system to reliably detect and percept behavior on its internal networks. AVer has persistently developed information security management systems, including a business secret information security system, to create complete confidentiality and information security for its partners, clients, and business. In 2022, AVer established its first-ever information security task force, which routinely completed inspections of the company’s information security environment, and damage control systems while overseeing its implementation of information security training. The task force’s duties also included a deep search of the company’s information security defenses.
