JOB DESCRIPTION
AVER EUROPE is looking for a MARKETING MANAGER responsible for driving marketing
activities in the assigned area ( UK,NORDICS,DACH ). He/She should be based in UK or
DACH area. He / She is responsible for supporting the
marketing activities of our reseller and distribution network as well as lead generation in the
assigned region. This position reports to the SVP of Sales - Europe.
Marketing manager responsibilities will include but not limited to managing our reseller and
distributor partners marketing activities, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising
campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with
our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with reseller
and distributor marketing programs, lead generation activities, web analytics tools and be able to
turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain
a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
including but not limited to industry trade show/ distributor and reseller channel event.
Responsibilities:
- Implement marketing strategies aligned with HQ guidelines then deliver localized promotional materials
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
- Drive lead generation campaigns
- Work with external PR Agency for Product Launch, Press Releases and Product Reviews
- Work with other team members and other departments
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience preferred
- Experience with video conferencing industry preferred
- Experience with working with external PR Agency
- Proficient in MS Office and Social Media Platforms
